I think we're in for a few more days here. You've got to ride your luck while its going for you. I expect anyone reading this would be thinking "poor sod". The Bittern pond was completely iced over and one of the birds appeared at about midday momentarily then disappeared as quick as you like back into the reeds.
Bittern, Stonechat, Bullfinch, Goldfinch, King Fisher, Usual.
