Attenborough Nature Reserve
At last I see my first Hobby. I've heard Al, who lives in the Bittern hide, mention it more than once, and like most of the birds he's seen from the hide, I have never enjoyed the same success. I was on my own in the hide and I spotted it overhead just before it settled in a tree just opposite the hide across the pond. With the help of my trusty companion, my birdspotting book I managed to claim it as another first sighting. Yipee!
