Radcliffe Power Station dominates the skyline beyond Erewash Field.I decided to have another look for the Stonechats in Erewash Field. Apart from a single Mistlethrush and a host of Pied Wagtails which I saw within a few minutes of leaving the car, I saw little else.
Mistlethrush, Pied Wagtail, Chaffinch, Kestrel, Buzzard, LTT.
I then drove round to the marina and called in at the Delta Hide. I'd missed the Bittern by 15 minutes. So I've left a picture instead. Like I told you not a sign of it! De nada!
